For one of our clients within the Dutch government, we are looking for an interim Project Manager for SIAM (Service Integration and Management).

Are you available for 32-36 hours per week and have demonstrable experience with SIAM consulting and projects? If so, please contact us at info@follon.nl.
Brief description of the assignment:
- Setting up and establishing a SIAM pilot as a prelude to implementing SIAM within a shared service center for ICT services.
- The pilot should provide a good representation of the potential opportunities and challenges related to using and scaling SIAM. This means working with a well-balanced mix of internal, external, and chain partners.
- Prior to the pilot, an inventory of related/overlapping work areas/stakeholders (e.g., Contract and Supplier Management, development/change management) and an impact analysis must be conducted.
- A project plan must be prepared in advance. Key components of this plan are communication and reporting.
- The results should be usable for the third phase of the roadmap when a decision is made to roll out SIAM more broadly. This means that the following items will be part of the pilot:
- Developing the phase 1 deliverables (Discovery and Strategy)
- Developing the phase 2 deliverables (Plan and Build)
- The pilot should result in an advisory report in which both organizations are provided with concrete guidelines for implementing SIAM organization-wide.
- Reporting the results of this pilot and advising on the organization-wide implementation of SIAM to the management.
- Required: Fluent in Dutch
